The International Association of Women Police (IAWP) is a vibrant, dynamic, and diverse organization with a global reach. Our members, representing more than 70 countries and 30 affiliate organizations, form a strategic network dedicated to strengthening, uniting, and elevating the capacity of women in policing worldwide.
 

In September 2024, the Chicago Association for Women in Law Enforcement (CAWLE) proudly hosted the IAWP Conference, welcoming over 1,000 attendees from around the world. This landmark event provided invaluable opportunities for training, mentoring, collaboration, and networking. By learning from our fellow women in law enforcement and working together toward a common goal, we harness the collective power to drive meaningful change in policing globally.
